Parikrama Tips

1.Start the parikrama at 5-6 AM to avoid afternoon heat
2.Wear comfortable footwear for the walk but remove shoes at sacred spots
3.E-rickshaws available for those who cannot do the full walk (₹150-200)
4.Carry water and light snacks — dhabas available every 2-3 km
5.The full parikrama takes 4-6 hours at a devotional pace
6.Annakut (day after Diwali) is the most spectacular time to visit
